We assist in development of the design direction and concept in coordination with all parties involved. Preparation of Design Data Sheets 

• Design direction
• Design Data Sheets (Mechanical and Electrical) for all the rooms and areas (e.g., treatment rooms, changing rooms, etc.).
• Including Plumbing, Lighting, Life Safety, Music Systems (coordinated with Audio Visual Consultant)
• Equipment specifications, Specific considerations such as noise, light, sound proofing, etc. Acoustics, climate control, operating temperatures, operating technical requirements.
• Achieve all the creative, commercial and operational criteria for an excellent Spa, Gym, Salon and other wellness facilities.
• Modification of the Preliminary space planning with Spa Features.
• Assist with the detailed planning of interior space layouts with appointed project team.
• Assist in preparation of the final layout with key dimensions.
• Assist in design development of Interior plan, elevation, section and detail drawings for the specialized items (review and comments).
